This is speculation on my part but could the Warden Siding Project be something like this? The lines aren't perfect but it seems you can cram a couple of tracks into the space south of Warden Station were the current siding is. This would yard would be purely for overnight storage and have no maintenance capacity like Vincent Yard. I got 6 tracks in there for a capacity of 8 trains although I am no professional. Not sure where the yard office would go though...
