Activity at Kennedy TTC station lately:

All this new construction at Kennedy is great but, I'm also trying to learn what is the plan for the old SRT ramp, platforms and loop-guideway infrastructure which seem to be fully integrated with the TTC station building.

Eventually I'm sure it'll all need to be completely demolished but what will the replacement look like? I can't seem to find anything online about this plan.

Those temporary outdoor bus bays are terribly unpleasant in my recent experiences using this station. Similar to Warden TTC it will probably be like this for at least 2-3 years more.

I'm not aware of there existing any plan to demolish the SRT terminal, nor am I clear about why they would build a replacement?

At most I can see them demolish the loop and the lead tracks, but there's no compelling argument to take down the actual platform area.

If anything, with the tracks and electrical gone they can use it for storage.

I wonder if they are keeping the SRT loop until after the construction is done so as not to impact one of the few remaining entrances to the station. If they close the entrance at the SRT loop while construction is underway, it may cause a fire code violation via the number of exits.

Think about it. Right now, there are only two actual exits from the station. One is via the SRT loop area and the other is by the collector booths at Transway. Technically (and possibly legally) speaking, the bus bays are not an exit

Metrolinx says a stretch of McCowan Rd north of Sheppard will be completely closed from this Thursday night until Tuesday morning. It's a total 4 day shutdown of all lanes between Sheppard and Nugget Ave. Cars and buses will be diverted while they re-work a culvert. Sidewalks will be closed as well.

Here is the list of buses affected, from the above notice:
Northbound busses (129A & B, 130A & B, 169A & B, 302) will be diverted east on Sheppard Avenue East, north on Shorting Road, and then west on Nugget Avenue. The northbound bus stop on McCowan Road, just south of Nugget Avenue will be temporarily relocated to just north of the McCowan Road and Nugget Avenue intersection (see map above).

Southbound busses (129, 130A & B, 131, 169A & B, 302) will be diverted east on Nugget Avenue, south on Shorting Road, and west on Sheppard Avenue East. The southbound bus stop on the corner of McCowan Road and Sheppard Avenue East will be temporarily relocated to south of the intersection (see map, above).

So 2 trains side by side are supposed to fit in that tunnel?
might be a picture of a different tunnel. doesnt look 10m wide as this one should be and im not sure where on the line they would have a tight curve like that done already. the tunnel does curve a bit around the 401 so it could be that

they need to knock down the main ramp to the station in order to complete the kennedy platform. right now the northern part of the station cant be built because its in the way.

That absolutely is a different tunnel. The Line 2 tunnel is nowhere near that complete at this point in time. Compare pictures from past tbm drives, including TYSSE and Crosstown 1.0 and 2.0.... at this point you would expect to see the conveyor to remove spoils, temporary lighting and unfinished conduit, temporary trackage for the construction material handling.

Once the tbms are extracted, a lot of temporary stuff is removed and the final add-ins begin. We are nowhere near that yet.
