While I'm strongly pro- both east and west extensions, I think the west extension should even take priority over east because of the benefits it would have (connection to Wilson & tying line 1 together).

Ideally yes. But apparently ML wants to do the east first, and the west later, if at all.

I will come back to this again. Line 4 will not be extended without one of........:
a) A connection to Wilson
b) A completely new dedicated subway yard.

I do actually use a decent amount of filter when I post here, since I think I got slapped with 2 brief bans for swearing years ago. Since then I think I've earned enough seniority and "character" that I feel I can slip in the odd cuss word though
