That's good things are moving along quickly. Not sure what the schedule is, but hopefully they do realize the importance of getting things done in this area fairly quickly.

I think at the very least they do hope to have work around the area closer to Rogers Place done sooner than later due to concerts and other events and especially the start of the next hockey season.

The iron plates inserted into the sidewalks at the intersection of 104 St and 102 Ave is top shelf streetscaping. Perfect compliments to the brick facades of the adjacent buildings.

Took the LRT from 102ave/101st yesterday during the pouring rain and 2/3 shelters were leaking inside, with one pouring inside.

I'm looking forward to seeing 104th after the construction is finished and the line is running. For years 104th has been mostly stagnant, but this will probably be the catalyst to spur on more development.
