The 104 Avenue and Glenora sections of the line have more concrete track beds. SPR (149-156 Street), has more of a sand base, along with early construction of 149 Street Station. 156 Street has more of paved sand base, and rebar for track beds at 92 Avenue and concrete track beds on Meadowlark Road.

What will this mean financially? I’d imagine that’s quite complex?

What liabilities are we taking on? How were operating costs being managed previously and how will those change? What does this mean for VLW?
