What I found a little surprising is that there are no tracks at the 102 Avenue/107 Street turn. I thought that might be a priority like 156 Street/SPR

The last picture (the closeup of the trackbed) shows concrete covering the utilities just west of 104 Street. I also took the picture to maintain privacy of the workers.

no photos, but the crews are prioritizing the curbs and sidewalks next to DOSC and Birdog, looks they will be the first things re-opened on 104th.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post, but did DOSC and Birdog really shut down temporarily during the LRT construction?

The streets north and south of 104 Street (along with 103 and 106 Streets) were also dug up. I wonder if this construction will be done before any construction at 105 Street.

I drove on 104 Ave from 101 St to 121 St late this morning on my way to the west end. Big mistake! I could swear to God I was stopped at a red light for 4 minutes at every block along that stretch. I'll continue to avoid 104 Ave until they fix these traffic lights. Completely unacceptable.

I don't think the signalling will be fixed until next year. You could fix it with right turn only except for 109th and 116th.
