The complaints in the comment section about the open drug use and disorder are correct. EPS does nothing.
Think it beats university?WEM should be better than Davies since it's not a central platform station.
I expect WEM to be the busiest LRT station in the city within the first year.
University still the busiest. That station is crazy during September - AprilWEM should be better than Davies since it's not a central platform station.

No one wants to go downtown when you’re constantly harassed and intimidated by crackheadsThe complaints in the comment section about the open drug use and disorder are correct. EPS does nothing.
Ooh this would be a fun bet. I’m leaning more towards University Station still being busier because the Capital Line would be better at attracting commuters because it’s fast.WEM should be better than Davies since it's not a central platform station.

No one. NO ONE.No one wants to go downtown when you’re constantly harassed and intimidated by crackheads
My vote is perhaps the stop between MacEwan and Norquest.Ooh this would be a fun bet. I’m leaning more towards University Station still being busier because the Capital Line would be better at attracting commuters because it’s fast.
Because every time police try to do something, some social justice warrior gets wind of it, they complain loudly about police being to 'mean', city hall then agrees with the social justice warriors. police back off. and then the same people complain police are not doing enough. the circle of life. The complaints in the comment section about the open drug use and disorder are correct. EPS does nothing.
How do you know it is the same people making the complaints? I think you are making it up.Because every time police try to do something, some social justice warrior gets wind of it, they complain loudly about police being to 'mean', city hall then agrees with the social justice warriors. police back off. and then the same people complain police are not doing enough. the circle of life.
do you remember a few years ago when cibc did something to stop loiters outside their jasper ave branch and council and all the social justice warriors piled on. or how bout the time, last winter, when police started to clear encampments and the mayor got all upset. the city manager was fired as a result.
the current social justice group think is a big factor on why people avoid dt and transit. my safety and my families safety comes first. i know for a fact that a police officer told his wife to not take transit and that he won't allow his kids to take transit.
it's the same 'type of people' C'mon, don't be so like that. You know exactly what I mean. How do you know it is the same people making the complaints? I think you are making it up.
No I don't know exactly what you mean. You have already changed your narrative from the same people to the same kind of people. Cliches and generalizing does nothing to further the conversation. The social Justice warrior who complains about the police actions is not the same senior citizen who is terrified about riding transit who voices their concerns.it's the same 'type of people' C'mon, don't be so like that. You know exactly what I mean.
