At this point. I just want my deposit, back. Potential tariffs will bring "unprecedented delays" similar to the excuses that were used during the pandemic. Can't believe people are actually considering to move forward. Or this page could be full of KSV agents pushing falsehoods.
 
Had a meeting yesterday, got more info there than we have over 7 years. Could answer several questions. Do your homework folks. Our price went up more than 50%, closing costs have more than doubled since 2017, maintenance fees will not be what we were told 7 years ago. Drove past site yesterday they will build as quickest and cheapest they can. If you paid for upgrades and decide to stick with project be prepared to pay for upgrades again. Condo market is not same for resale now….who knows what it will be like in 2027 or longer. Who knows if this project will stay on track. Made our final decision, opting out.

No, that would be set by new developer. In 2017 maintenance fees were to start at $100 month was what we were told. This new developer took on project knowing they would not make money just to get their reputation out there. Never heard of them, Elm Developers.

yes , mine was set at $135.00 in purchase agreement..

Thats what they told me too, it will be full construction as I am overseas until May, cannot get to see what really they are doing.. Per my lawyer and KSV, will honor original putchase agreement with any amendments you had before and the two they send in letter price and dates.. everything stays the same. I dont have upgrades so didnt ask..

Yes they will honour original agreement but double the price. Are you waiting for May to decide?
