Wow….they have to make up money somewhere…..that is ridiculous have no way of knowing what condo market will be like in 2 years. To all people…do your homework. The materials they are using for parking have been sitting floating in water for a few years now. I question the materials and workmanship that will be done. I'm thinking it's across board. Others haven't posted here, but as an early buyer, I'm disappointed.

They're grouping buyers into buckets to determine their increase. People who bought in 2020 to 2021 will have little to no increase.

Yes They told me that too, 2017,2018 getting the hammer.. avg 2 bed 3. baths StackTH going now at about $750K.. if they want over $800k is no go..
