Hey guys, how are you informing them of not executing the amendment, cancelling agreement, and requesting deposit back?

Are you just replying to the email yourself and/or consulting with a lawyer to reply?

Get your lawyer to look at it. If I read properly we were to get our deposits back within 10 days after their letter was received…..this is why you need a lawyer to look into all this and interest on our $$$$

Thanks! Can you show me the section that states that?

As this is in receivership , court has to approve the return of deposits which will be presented all together,, Lawyer would not be able to speed up, just wasting your cash.. after court approve return of deposits , will need direction by KSV how to apply to Tarion and Trisura, as they would have to advised Tarion and Trisura of cancellation. Thats my take on it.
You would need a lawyer if you are doing lawsuit..

To add, all other projects understand receivership follows the same pattern...court approval, then receiver coordinate with tarion and 2nd insurance company to return deposit. 10 days rule doesn't apply here.

Does anyone have any idea of what would be a reasonable approximate expectation of the time line. Are we looking at a couple months out from our deposit to be returned or years? Once, declined of course.

July 2017, there is no timeline for return deposits.. i would average if your outside date is April25,2025.. then it will depends how soon KSV return to court , coordinate with Tarion Trisura for return of deposits i would say few months omaybe longer..

I think purchasers of2017/2018 are the ones receiving the updated APS?

Guys, if you want your money back sooner, please reply that you do not want to proceed with the APS. Plain and simple. You're over complicating things with getting a lawyer involved who has no capacity to do anything. KSV confirmed to me via email that we will receive interest on our deposit according to the Condominium Act. That's it. Please do your part and reply asap. Thanks
