Are you able to be more specific regarding this? Any details on interest percentage and or actual wording from KSV regarding interest on deposits.
KSV is a firm. The interest does not come from their pocket. As mentioned, we get interest according to the Condominium Act. This is according to Bank of Canada rates minus a percentage. It's f**k all. Maybe you can talk to a lawyer regarding that but it's not a lot of money. Couple hundred to couple thousand dollars if you're lucky.
 
Hey, so I was looking at one of the KSV documents on the website, and saw some outside occupancy dates—April '25 and March '26, I think. How's that gonna affect the deposit return for the April '25 folks? Do they have to wait for the March '26 APS decision too, or what?

No one knows or will be able to answer that for you except the courts and KSV. You're going to get a bunch of uneducated guesses from everyone. Thanks

Also what about the Lakeview DXE Club project? Anyone here about that project can give update?
 
Captain Real estate group hired by KSV and is working out of the Vandyk Sale Office on heartlake rd now,was talking to them and advised if you are not proceeding then just need to reply to that email address in the letter and if decided to go ahead need to contact Captain Real estate group to sign amendments per the letter.. Rajinder ( captain) said construction is happening! They will be selling the units not accepted. I guess she can give you some insight on questions you have.

My thoughts exactly. Comparable properties and projects are clicks away to see if market value is what's actually being offered. A potential 2027 closing is 10 YEARS total. The risks outweigh the "potential gains".
