KSV is a firm. The interest does not come from their pocket. As mentioned, we get interest according to the Condominium Act. This is according to Bank of Canada rates minus a percentage. It's f**k all. Maybe you can talk to a lawyer regarding that but it's not a lot of money. Couple hundred to couple thousand dollars if you're lucky.Are you able to be more specific regarding this? Any details on interest percentage and or actual wording from KSV regarding interest on deposits.
