Not sure it has been noted here. The Green P Garage appears to be open.
I noticed passing by the past couple weekends that the exit has been restricted to one lane. Doesn’t look line any work is still being done so I’m unsure why it’s not opened. Looks painful for right turners stuck behind left turners yielding to NB, SB and pedestrians. Not sure it has been noted here. The Green P Garage appears to be open.
Thanks for posting my piece. A couple of added notes:
The arches is on the roof of the new building seem like an homage to the roof of the lost shed.
Here is the parking garage last Sunday.

The parking garage, which makes up most of the building’s physical space and probably most of its budgetbsky.app
With lots of food nearby, I see the old canopy as a haven for pigeons. The area already seems to have a disproportionately large population of them. The old canopy is awkward even then - and one can only imagine how it looks from underneath (probably not nice). If you must insist on a canopy - I'd say RPBI and others have a history of designing far less instrusive and overbearing structures that would accentuate the architecture.

Seriously, has anyone seriously suggested erecting a canopy over Front Street? I suggest we may need a phantasy thread to discuss this.I tend to think there isn't a huge point having on anyways - to make it truly protective during the winter would turn it into a heavy mess.
