Not sure it has been noted here. The Green P Garage appears to be open.
I noticed passing by the past couple weekends that the exit has been restricted to one lane. Doesn’t look line any work is still being done so I’m unsure why it’s not opened. Looks painful for right turners stuck behind left turners yielding to NB, SB and pedestrians.

Thanks for posting my piece. A couple of added notes:

The arches is on the roof of the new building seem like an homage to the roof of the lost shed.

Here is the parking garage last Sunday.

To be fair; though I have yet to see the final numbers, the Green P facility was to be a financial contributor to the project, where Green P financed a portion of the cost.

The project was not supposed to subsidize the parking, it was was intended to be the opposite.

But given the huge cost inflation here.........we need to revisit those numbers to see where things landed.

As far as I can recall......don't hold me to this, I believe TPA (Green P) invested 20M here.

The old canopy is awkward even then - and one can only imagine how it looks from underneath (probably not nice). If you must insist on a canopy - I'd say RPBI and others have a history of designing far less instrusive and overbearing structures that would accentuate the architecture.

With lots of food nearby, I see the old canopy as a haven for pigeons. The area already seems to have a disproportionately large population of them.

I tend to think there isn't a huge point having on anyways - to make it truly protective during the winter would turn it into a heavy mess.

Here is a photo of entrance/exit of Green P. As noted above, the exit lane for northbound turns onto Jarvis is blocked off. The possibility of vehicles being able to get across Jarvis to go north at most time of the day is certainly unlikely and even turning south will be 'fun'.
