I hope this and other projects will 'clean up' this section of Queen St. E. There is so much potential.

This looks especially large from Richmond between Church and Jarvis and from Richmond when coming off the DVP. It's really extending the east skyline between King and Bloor.
Do you mean gentrification? Because yes, it and all of the other projects in this area will do that. Queen East will look very different, as will Parliament.

Yea Queen from Parliament to River is so dead. Its not even that sketchy there's just nothing happening. Very few businesses. You would think it would spark up at some point because commercial rents must be relatively reasonable and there are a lot of new residents around.
