Today. Apparently a crane is being removed on the south side (Richmond), although there are still 2 cranes on the towers

That crane was in use well past 9pm last evening, and it was hoisting up the sand coloured pieces that frame the windows. The main cranes are still part of the towers this morning.

Yes, those shots were taken around 9 pm. There were workers and a stretch of Richmond in front of the site was down to one lane. I didn’t see them lifting the precast panels, but I saw a section of crane dangling on the yellow derrick(?) on the flatbed truck. Further down, there was a second flatbed truck with precast panels on it.

I'm wondering if what you saw was a jib extension for the mobile crane that they have on site for lifting panels
