Seems like a missed opportunity to design the facade in such a way that the windows could be pre-installed into the panels! Happy to see the beige though - and love that soaked concrete structure.

Slowly? Quickly?

It was slowly, but the pace appears to have rapidly accelerated around the beginning of March as I have watched from my window nearby.
I assume the first two levels for the retail and lobby were much more complex for the concrete pour, but now as they are on the way up they have entered the "every floor the same" section of the building, and they are banging out around two floors per week on both towers.
