If the tower fronting Queen Street is indeed going to be 24 floors, it must be very close to topping out. By my count they are doing the 24th floor right now.
Perhaps there may be a mechanical floor above it, but at this rate they should wrap up the concrete pouring for that tower before the end of the July.

I think you're right. North tower close to topping out, south tower has 8-9 floors left plus mechs.
 
Didn't have time for a photo this morning, but the mechanical level on the north tower appears to be almost complete.
The number of cement trucks coming to that tower has dropped substantially to only one or two per day, and most work appears to have now shifted inside to build out the interior, aside from the blocky tetris stuff on the outside.
