CTBUH standard measurement for sites on a gradient is from the main entrance lobby and not the southmost part of the building or the lowest retail doorway. 300.2 metres is from outside the doors of the residential lobby and not the heritage podium office lobby urbantoronto has used in its on street calculations.

Technically, any height between the posted site plan application height and the southmost wall is accurate. This is simply to set the record straight in regards to CTBUH posted height. Neither does the tower even exist to measure.

3 years is fairly standard for collective agreements. Sometimes you see 4 (Notably this is what the City has been pushing for recently with its unions to make it match the length of a council/mayoral term). Rarely you get more or less than that, but the average is generally 3 years in North America.

I guess this makes sense due to how economic situations can change drastically in three years making the previous agreement redundant. And I should of realized that before asking that... >.<
