This rendering it one of the final renderings in the architects website. The cladding seems to match the last architectural drawings posted on the development application, so I think this is what we are gettingwill be prominent, but it will look nothing like that.
The cladding that's being stored on site is marked YSL on the packaging suggesting that this is indeed the cladding we're likely to see here. YSL (Yonge Street Living) was the name of this tower before Concord took over. And these were the renders for said tower at the time...This rendering it one of the final renderings in the architects website.
