Kind of a weird effect with this one The taller it gets the less monstrous it actually feels though I think once the actual Tower portion starts that will change

I'm looking forward to when we get to that little lookout portion that goes about eight floors going to love seeing the glass on that and how it changes the look this project is turning out a lot better than I thought it's probably all the money they saved by ignoring the permitting process (That's a joke by the way)

I walk by this directly most days - part of what’s exciting about it is the massing. Wide but narrow, a fin of sorts. The materials look good so far.
