Whose bright idea was it to put those towers (Chelsea green) of the practically the same height directly next to Concord sky?

(Unless they were proposed before concord sky)

It’s there though…just unpacked and stored on most floors, waiting to be broken out. And for what that’s worth.

Yeah I could be completely wrong but I think once the setback on the 20th floor they will start using that as a staging area for all of their forms I think that they are keeping it protected while they wait to have a higher staging area so it's not to risk damaging it
