If they follow the same naming conventions as Maple House, I suspect the other two buildings will be Cherry House Central & Cherry House West (or East). Their Registration Page says move-ins in early 2026.

I imagine it’ll go East and West. Also, don’t know why I’m surprised that the lobby entrance is on Cherry. I always thought it was set up for a Mill St entrance

I thought that was how Maple House was going to be named but they went with Maple House Central and Maple House East. At least from what I saw in signage.

Out on my lunchbreak walk. There are a lot of construction workers all around this building right now, and a crane, multiple dump trucks dropping off soil, etc...

It looks like there are lots of windows and doors opened, maybe for ventilation. Unless workers are in there...

Taken 6 June. I don’t know if I’m emotionally ready for the onslaught of bougie, tree-lined sidewalk patios!🤭☕🌳🪑🥮

I'm not terribly excited for the business that gets the patio right beside the loading dock door there or maybe it's access to the garage, or both!

I think there's a lot of townhouse units that will front this new road - the ones immediately to the east of the loading dock are for sure townhouses

Views from the south side. It does not look like this side will be businesses but actually townhomes.

Two garage entrances. It looks like there is a loading bay just inside the door and then a ramp going further down.

Concrete is in on the west side for the future location of trees.

^Great pix! Btw the ground level of this project are live/work units so maybe a mix of office/shop/café/etc.

The east, west, and north sides are all definitely retail spaces. This south side looks different and is clearly a VERY low traffic area (almost an alley).

I wish I could get closer to see if there are stairwells in those units but seeing as it's the same builder as Maple House and Birch House, I suspect this south side is townhomes only. I wonder what the mix is like on the inside (courtyard?).

^A townhouse is the form that live/work often take. For example there are a couple of businesses on the north side of Mill.
