Here's an updated slide deck from CBRE, posted in April 2026. Pür & Simple is a new addition, and they've specified the types of businesses currently in negotiations (Based on previous rumours and their recent Distillery pop-up, I'm assuming the "Cookie Shop" is Craig's Cookies).

Thanks for that. I was actually thinking this location would be good for a Craig's or Andrea's Cookies location. Bad for my weight though. Hoping for more take out food options soon.

I would really love to see at least one Chinese Food and/or Indian Food place in the area. The pickings are so slim, with only a handful of locations many blocks away.

Stopped by the area for lunch today. I think Cherry House has been a good addition to the neighbourhood. Many more people out and about, sitting at benches, etc. It definitely felt more alive than I have seen it in 4 years of walking through here.

Shoppers needs to change their whole door set up. This business of “Entrance” only on Cherry is kinda ridiculous.

Wasn’t that just a Woodgreeen for social services for seniors? I think the community center on East Bayfront is it- the only thing close here is that they’ve pivoted from affordable rentals to some sort of subsidized living for athletes here.
