Just after the storm last night, and I was kind of amazed at how much more drab it became. This is like the cafeteria lunch room tray of cladding

Also not for nothing. But some day in my life I’d love to see a big slab building like this go 5-Points. Just graffiti the hell out of it. I wonder if that would sell.

Of course, opinions differ. I have certainly never liked the pink but I had hopes that the upper levels would make it all come together better but, unfortunately their choice of utilitarian siding has, I suggest, had the opposite effect.

It has a dour look. I hope it grows on me
 
^My guess will be a Shoppers at one corner. As for the rest I wonder if this area is big enough for Earl’s, etc. It made the cut for Mandy’s so…
