I toured this place with a friend looking and he opted for somewhere else. The amenities were very impressive, especially rooftop.

Units he looked at were darker (like floors) and he felt there were basic misses like no drawers in bathroom cabinets. It was also most expensive of several options.
Just outta curiosity what do the units rent for?

Damn, having stuff like that around makes my humble little place nearby seem like a bargain for students. Thanks!

Hmmmm....could use a few more lights on.....interesting that the recently hired "Leasing Coordinator" just quit on the Parks and is seeking life elsewhere.....
Based on the amount of google reviews the Parks has so far, one would think it is leasing up decently, even though not every reviewer is going to become a renter of course...

Just got to Edmonton today for a visit and this building looks good in person, and is going to be great once the whole corner is complete. Falcon on the other hand is so close to being nice, but just missing something. I still stand by what I said about the balcony glass choice ruining falcon.

The Parks is also the last of the four residential projects that brought over 1000 units into the market in the last 12 months, so that probably plays a part.

I don’t think we’ve had a moment in a while where downtown got that many units dumped into it in a short period of time, along with new competing projects west of 109 St too.
I don't think we will see all that much tall development for a few years because of this. Edmonton is still a no go for many of the large REIT developers.
