Does anyone have any intel on how fast or slow the building is filling up?

This picture tells me 2 things: 1.) - the new support pillar for the 13 storey is currently being used a ciggy butt-out by the staff of the Money Mart/Random Halal shop. 2.) Said Money Mart / Halal shop cannot see the wrecking ball soon enough!

I only counted four lights on visible from the east side of the tower on Sunday around dusk. For whatever that is worth. Overall I really can't imagine this will struggle to lease up, especially come August.

Can't wait to see the 2nd, hopefully taller, building be completed !! I like that spot where they are putting these up in and I hope more similar sized ones pop up around it !!

This is a really clean, simple building. It will age well and take on a 'classic look', I believe.

New rule: NO MORE STUCCO

The paneling here and on the CNIB tower in Oliver prove what can be achieved.

Maybe. It might have cluttered it up a bit but that's just my opinion. I'm of the ilk that once you get past 2 colors in a scheme they can easily start clashing. Though going with a dark shade coulda added something.

I'll reserve judgement until the entire project is completed. But so far it's 10/10 for me.
