As best as I can tell, that is all of the federal government-operated museums.
One would think that museums like the ROM and AGO could also be persuaded to be part of it as both also receive federal funding. Hell, in 2023 the Feds threw in a chunk of the cost of the Dani Reiss Gallery expansion at the AGO.

That would be up to whoever owns them. The federal government provides funding to all sorts of entities, public and private They provide funds for housing but don't get to dictate how much a house sells for.

A caveat to my earlier post that the Pass appears to apply to federal government museums that charge admission. Some, like CAF-operated military museums, do not charge admission to begin with.

Both parts of PM Carney's Bill C-5, ''One Canadian Economy Act'' passed Parliament today, and now are off to the Senate. The first part passed unanimously, 335-1 with all Liberal, Conservative, NDP and Bloc MPs voting in favour, with just Elizabeth May voting against. This part focused on removing internal trade barriers. The second part got majority support, with all but one Liberal MP and all Conservative MPs voting in favour, however the Bloc Quebecois, NDP and Elizabeth May voted against it. This was the controversial part of the bill with regards to speeding up projects and giving the cabinet powers to do so. This passed 306-31.

Yes, but without the homo/transphobia and misogyny.
...we hope. Unless they go full on Blue Labour in the UK.

And for the personal record, I have friends and myself are extremely worried about that.

I understand one of Carney's children is trans. I'm a lifelong Liberal supporter, and I will abandon them if there is a hint of homo- or transphobia. People – real, live humans – are important and everyone deserves to be safe to live their lives
