The used car lot appears to be cleared out as I drove by yesterday.
Off topic, but I noticed that Calgary Trail didn't transition to 103 / 104 St (that eventually became one way streets) until 51 Ave. It would have been nice if city forefathers would have reserved a ROW to allow free flow up to Whitemud Drive. I don't know if it was too late in 1975, but c'est la vie."The new Yellowhead Trail opened in 1970, although work to add lanes continued until 1984."
That is a typo. I don't think Yellowhead Trail opened until about 1980 or so.

91 Street was the reserved ROW.Off topic, but I noticed that Calgary Trail didn't transition to 103 / 104 St (that eventually became one way streets) until 51 Ave. It would have been nice if city forefathers would have reserved a ROW to allow free flow up to Whitemud Drive. Thank God for that. The original plan was for 91st to be the freeway entrance to the city, they were then gonna bulldoze Mill Creek Ravine to make it a straight shot into downtown. It's why 91st is so wide and then dead ends at the ravine. All the ROWs are along there. Horrific. There was a lot of opposition to the METS plan at the time.
I wonder if this will be used as a staging area for construction.
