Definitely haven't spotted anything like that on the new order. This is on 4604.

Well, for future refrence, this is that they look like from both an Ottawa and a Metrolinx Citadis, it's hard to see against the darker Metrolinx image, but it's the plate at the top left. I imagine you'd see them on any future streetcars
TTC doesn't have any of those vehicles (though kudos to Ottawa for all the Accessible seating!)

Can you provide a picture of the plate you've seen on the current (BBD) TTC Flexity's for comparison?

Well, the Metrolinx one will be operated by TTC, so does it count?

I haven't ever seen such a plate on the BBD Flexities. However, since Alstom puts that plate very visibly on their own products (I've seen it on trains and trams in Europe in addition to the Citadis/LINTs in Ottawa), I would have expected it to start appearing on the stuff they've inherited from Bombardier. They seem big on branding.

On the Flexities built for the legacy fleet, the plate is located in the operator's cab.

I believe that the Flexity Freedoms have their plate in the same location, located in the A cab.

The new LFLRVs are delivered with the old seat fabric used on the first batch. Though I know some have had that replaced with the current plain fabric.

AFAIK, TTC is the only system that has that actually very useful convention, but then again TTC is one of the few systems were you actually could do that.

It seems like everyone else from Translink to OC Transpo, to STM, to Halifax Transit uses blue interiors which wouldn't really allow it. STM on both trains and buses uses blue lighting above the accessible seats, which is also done haphazardly by OC Transpo.

It's kind of a shame that the convention might dissapear from Toronto too as more and more rail vehicles are owned by Metrolinx rather than the TTC directly and you'll end up with this.

I'm sorry, I thought you were asking about the TTC Flexitys.

If you've not seen it on the current cars, why do you think it would be publicly visible on the new cars?

Can I suggest identifying the new cars by using the number?

4642 was off loaded March 18 and currently tracking at the Barns,

4632 still hasn't shown up as well 4643 to fill the gaps up to 4644. TTC now has 38 out of the new 60 LRV's on order on their Property. February was a dead month for delivers.

4640 should enter service any day as its over at Russell for SWIS work since Wednesday.

Hard to say if 4639 fail its testing as it has spent a lot of time in the service bays between runs with most of them at night up to 8 hours long or less which is not the norm.

4640 thar arrived February 12/2025 has finally enter service on route 505 after 41 day from Leslie Barns after being moved from Russell Thursday. It spent some time in the service bay some past cars and moved to the service track Saturday afternoon..

4639 looks like it had to do more testing or burn-in based on the length of time it spent in the service bay after it appeared to finished it only to spend a night of testing days later. Still in the service bay after arriving March 05/2025

4641 has resumed on street testing again after arriving March 11/2025

4642 still in the service bay after arriving March 18/2025

4643 is still on the bridge at Lambton.

4660 is hiding and only can be seen from a GO train in the yard area.

4641 has finished its burn and testing.

April 2
4639 has enter service on route 503 after arriving March 05/2025 (28 days)

4641 is now over at Russell for DWIS work and will enter service next week.

4643 been sitting at Lambton since Sunday and maybe delivery to TTC in the next few days and most likely off loaded next week

4632 is hiding among the cars at Lambton with no clear shot of it since its on the south side track. Took them a long time to ship it and well out of order considering 4631 arrived November 27/2024

April Fool and it was 4632. Then it could have been 4660 the way the cars are being shipped out of order.
