I didn't receive any reply after sending my documents. Can someone share the contacts for the individual who acknowledged receipt of the requested documents. I don't want to end up thinking they receive when in fact they didn't after waiting months for my refund. 8 years is enough.

Reply to the same email and ask them if they have received
 
I believe pre con sales in all time low. I am not sure they could sell all these terminated contracts.

I also believe they won't complete this project. Even if they do, I would doubt the quality.

What do we need to submit for ‘copy of deposits amount made’?

I have submitted copies of Demand draft and cheque. But they are asking for more documents on this. Please advise what document they are expecting?

They need letter of deposit compliance. Remember that letter from the Vandyks trust lawyers they sent everytime you made a deposit? If you don't have it, you'll need to reach out to the trust lawyers for Form 4.

Is there any email address to contact them? I have sent email to info@srlawpractice.com to provide evidence of compliance. Someone please let me know if we need to send to different email?

  1. First page of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and any subsequent amendments, if any;
  2. Completed Release and Termination Agreement - dated, signed and witnessed (anyone other than the purchasers can be a witness); - this document was sent as a PDF attachment when they contacted me
  3. Government Issued Identification - for all Purchasers listed on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and on any subsequent amendments;
  4. In case of Incorporation: Certificate and articles of incorporation, and Release and Termination Agreement to be signed by authorized person of incorporation;
  5. Copies of deposit amounts made; and
  6. Current contact information – including address you wish for the deposit cheque to be mailed;
