If you did an Assignment Sale for your unit, you'd have this. If you're the original buyer then I don't think it applies.

Yesterday I got email from "Trisura Settlement" with Release and Termination agreement. They also showed me my refund amount with accrued interest of 2% which they calculated from October 2022 to may 30 2025, tiny amount of interest even though down-payment was in 2017. They want copy of sale agreement, completed Release and Termination agreement, copy of Id, and copies of deposit.

I’m SO disappointed it’s only from Oct 2022 (same boat as you as a 2017 purchasers) but happy this will be over soon.

When I gave my deposits Vandyk had given me paperwork showing the photocopies of the cheques (doc was called receipt of funds record) and I also had a letter I received from SR Law Firm (holding the money in trust) outlining the deposits I made. I had my own photocopies of the cheques too.

Yeah not working but I think the files still get transmitted somehow. They reached out asking for few more items and stated what the received.

Curious question, why do we have to provide evidence that we paid our deposit if they already have the records? The letter they sent also stated the total deposit you paid, but you still need to show proof that you paid it.

Completed Release and Termination Agreement - dated, signed and witnessed (anyone other than the purchasers can be a witness);
I don't recall sending / completing a release and termination agreement. I recall just sending them an email to shove their new price up their asses. And I got a pdf "Notice of Termination and Disclaimer". But it was just their signature, not mine.
