Completed Release and Termination Agreement - dated, signed and witnessed (anyone other than the purchasers can be a witness);
I don't recall sending / completing a release and termination agreement. I recall just sending them an email to shove their new price up their asses. And I got a pdf "Notice of Termination and Disclaimer". But it was just their signature, not mine.

You are not. I have not received anything either since that email. I reached out to KSV yesterday and Meg confirmed that the trisura settlement emails are also being sent out in phases. I am a 2018 buyer, it looks like a few people who received next steps instructions are 2017 buyers, so could be based on that.Am I the only one whose last response from KSV is "Thank you for your email. Yeah, they confirmed it's in phases but not sure about the logic. I purchased in 2018 and received next steps instructions. I've provide all the documents requested.You are not. I couldn't find one of my compliance letter and mnp refused to accept my bankstatment as evidence of payment.
For anyone that doesn't have all the Evidence of compliance letter. Please reach out to the trust lawyers to request for your payment statement.

When does everyone expect to get the cheque? I submitted all documents.They emailed me and said it's been submitted and under review and will let me know if they require any further documents.
I asked them for the timeline when we can get the deposit back and that's what they replied
"Timing of your claim is dependent on a number of factors, such as timing of receipt of your completed claim, validation of the contents of your claim and other processes, some of which are out of the control of MNP Ltd. so we are not able to provide an accurate timeline. This is a process which involves various levels of scrutiny, numerous entities, reviews and approval levels as well as funding being provided from the respective insurers. Thank you for your patience."
