They emailed me and said it's been submitted and under review and will let me know if they require any further documents.
I asked them for the timeline when we can get the deposit back and that's what they replied
"Timing of your claim is dependent on a number of factors, such as timing of receipt of your completed claim, validation of the contents of your claim and other processes, some of which are out of the control of MNP Ltd. so we are not able to provide an accurate timeline. This is a process which involves various levels of scrutiny, numerous entities, reviews and approval levels as well as funding being provided from the respective insurers. Thank you for your patience."
