Has anyone managed to get into the court hearing?

They did not invite anyone for questions at the end. We also just received an email of court approval for deposit return.

After declining the new price for the unit and asking for a refund, I got a call tonight from a representative of Vandyk for a “special offer on my unit”. I was so irritated I didn’t even entertain the conversation but looks like they’re trying to persuade people to keep units and take the new price.

Thanks MJ for update and shared Link of Storeys. The fact that they are reapproaching the pre-sale buyers like us proves that the APS amendments with increased pricing as were proposed to us were a big mistake on their part. We just need to see our refund cheques .
