Well... if anyone's looking for a 2bdrm stacked town home let me know. Low 600s
I'm Oasis ...I received nothing yet.Is this Oasis or Haven? Still waiting on my APS. May 2018 buyer.
Same email i receivedI received an email on 17th Apr with the amended APS documents and request to make a decision by May 17. It went up by 261k from $465k to $726k., 2017 purchaser.
I think they are looking for investors not buyers, when I called them she tried to convince me to agree on new APS as an investment“The Receiver believes this price increase represents a discount to the current market value of your unit.” I don’t know what they’re smoking, I’ve seen detached houses selling for the 900s, who would buy a stacked town instead…
Horrible financial advice, you would be cash flow negative for years at those pricesI think they are looking for investors not buyers, when I called them she tried to convince me to agree on new APS as an investment
As if we haven’t waged and lost enough already waiting for this project...time, opportunity, growth, life...I think they are looking for investors not buyers, when I called them she tried to convince me to agree on new APS as an investment
I sent an email yesterday to update my contact details but I haven't heard back as yet. Haven't received APS as yet either. My outside occupancy date is in 2 days.Haven’t heard back, I’ve sent a couple emails.
I didn’t get the amended purchase offer.
Is KSV bankrupt too lol?
Some rejected, some accepted. Everyone has different situations. Some are okay paying 890k for a 3bed stacked townhouse, some are not. Many family situations have changed.Just got mine July 2018 purchase 3 bedroom. Most likely yours is coming very soon seeing as that agreements expire on 25. 298k price increase.
Has the majority here rejected?
