I received an email on 17th Apr with the amended APS documents and request to make a decision by May 17. It went up by 261k from $465k to $726k., 2017 purchaser.
 
“The Receiver believes this price increase represents a discount to the current market value of your unit.” I don’t know what they’re smoking, I’ve seen detached houses selling for the 900s, who would buy a stacked town instead…
I think they are looking for investors not buyers, when I called them she tried to convince me to agree on new APS as an investment

I sent an email yesterday to update my contact details but I haven't heard back as yet. Haven't received APS as yet either. My outside occupancy date is in 2 days.

Just got mine July 2018 purchase 3 bedroom. Most likely yours is coming very soon seeing as that agreements expire on 25. 298k price increase.

Some rejected, some accepted. Everyone has different situations. Some are okay paying 890k for a 3bed stacked townhouse, some are not. Many family situations have changed.

Yup, just got the contract. Oasis 3br price increase from 579k to 878k. Closing Sept 2027.

I shall reply with a resounding "f*ck no".
