Horrible financial advice, you would be cash flow negative for years at those prices

Some rejected, some accepted. Everyone has different situations. Some are okay paying 890k for a 3bed stacked townhouse, some are not. Many family situations have changed.

Yup, just got the contract. Oasis 3br price increase from 579k to 878k. Closing Sept 2027.

I shall reply with a resounding "f*ck no".
