They seem to nearing completion on the exterior work. I wonder how interiors are going and when they expect occupancy for the two towers. I'd expect a huge influx of people downtown especially on James St, in the months following occupancy.

Not much of an update, but there were two workers on the roof of the third tower podium and the crane was moving some things around today.

Hard to see, but it appears they've started forming columns for the tower portion of the third tower:

LOVE it. Great to see another tower start - and this one will go up quick since it's already half-built! Probably topped off by the end of the year..

Crazy to me to think that Emblem is actually building nearly 1,000 units here. It's going to make a massive difference in foot traffic in the area.

If you include their supposed rental tower just to the east, they'll adding 1250 units or around 1500-2000 people.

Marketing video on Instagram shows a completed unit. It appears they rushed to finish this one as a "model suite" but it appears they're nearing completion of some of the units it seems if this is that far along:

looks like a great unit too - good sized kitchen with a proper island, lots of natural light, no substandard sized rooms (even if it's not overly spacious either). Finishes don't look too crazy but for Hamilton it's solid.

I was thinking the same. I suspect it's one of the most expensive units, but quite sizable and usable.

A lot of the units are basically ready to go. July is first occupancy at least that is what I was hearing. I was last there 3 or so weeks ago. There are certainly some okay sized units as well as some comically small ones but that is par for the course in the condo world these days.

It sure looks like it, they are forming a new floor. Not sure if it's for the new tower specifically or needed for the rooftop amenities but they are working.
