The forming crew was there last week organizing it all. Latest I heard was this week - nothing yet.. we'll see. Things change by the day it seems but as far as I know its still a go.

So what kind of probability does that mean in terms of the third tower being started in the next few weeks? 80?

Yes it's a welcome change in this city, where it's more often than not the opposite.
It's amazing how buildings can start to just look "tired" over the centuries. I am sure originally these buildings were quite beautiful, esp. with the sash windows and shutters that would have originally been on them.

According to Emblem's reply to an Instagram post, they are scheduled to complete T3 in 2028. Suspect based on that they would reengage pretty soon.

Nothing yet. The third tower is completely still with nothing up there yet except a few old forms.
