Critique aside, it's still really nice to see things happening in Hamilton, after decades of very little.

Doesn't mean we should just accept crap because the alternative is nothing. But it's been great to see changes.

I saw a "The Brick" truck here yesterday, which tells me they're bringing in furniture for the shared spaces, perhaps the lobby, gym, etc.

IIRC The Brick seems to have the appliance contract for the units, not furniture. I've seen appliances coming out of those trucks.

Could also be appliances for the units (if they haven't been delivered already). I know The Brick supplied appliances for other condo buildings.

EDIT: innsertnamehere beat me to it by a minute.

My mom's condo was an example of having a contract with The Brick for appliances for all the units.
