I think they are planning on only working on two towers for now. Not sure what that means for the third one. Can they just stop construction on that one and leave it be for now, finish and occupy the other two, and then pick the third one back up?

In the summer when I was involved there was talk about not building the third tower at all just finishing its podium, or focusing on the first two towers and then switching to the third once market conditions improve right about the time the first two are topping out.

I haven't been involved in months so I don't know what the actual outcome is but the third tower was very much up in the air then.
 
That seems smart as putting 900+ units in one project on the market at once would be a lot for the Hamilton market

I personally would have liked to see the south tower at 45 storeys and the northwest tower built as tower number 2 at 15 storeys. Then the 3rd tower in the northeast corner could have stayed at 30 if it was ever to be built.
