An online friend from Buffalo asked me what this development was in Stoney Creek. Since I don't know, I figured you guys could tell me all about it. He's impressed with the growing wall of high-rises from Grimsby to Stoney Creek QEW near Green Rd https://maps.app.goo.gl/JkWLsVQ4mMNkqCiA9

I have to say that I'm pleased with how this project is turning out. The glazing is much higher quality than I was anticipating and I appreciate the simplicity and absence of fussiness of the podium levels.

Interesting. Someone replied to this video on Instagram with a question about expected completion date. Emblem responded by saying that Towers A and B would be open for occupancy in late 2026 (or something like that), but that response has since been deleted.

Looking at the last photo posted, it looks to me that they are building the 3rd tower. Would that not be some concrete and form work that would be for the towers first floor beyond the podium or am I just seeing things?
