Feels like it's progressing pretty quickly now. Interestingly, Fitzrovia's website still shows a Q1 2026 completion. That seems pretty ambitious, maybe the first green (shortest) tower could start move-ins at the end of Q1?

I love the green (at the moment, we'll see when it is done).

You may as well tack on an extra year on that occupancy date. Fitz may do things rapidly and have in-house construction team that keeps everything on-track, but topping off the towers, completing the suite interiors, and completing the amenities will take time. This project is unique compared to their others that have gone up rapidly as well given the massive shared amenity podium.

They have a mystifying choice of architects, but the built quality is second to none. If I was a renter looking in this space, they'd be top of list every time.
