Little bit more - it's just under 170m east to west. Merchandise Lofts is 145m, MTCC is ~270m, 550 Wellington is ~140m, 221 Sterling "is" ~145m...

Outside of malls which are generally longer (Dufferin Mall for example is ~390m), this is likely the longest single building. No real surprise there though: it's three, kinda slabby towers, all faced east-to-west, with proper tower separation distances. Kind of amazing what Naram and Patrick achieved here (and Fitzrovia actually built)!

another long boi I can think of is 45 Lisgar at about 115m.. it's also attached to the earlier phase which functions as one building (shared underground, ownership, management, albeit seperate lobbies and disconnected corridors). Adding that and it gets you up to ~160m.

The real king is this looooonnnnngggg guy which I'm fairly sure is TCHC housing at Jane and Shoreham by York U - a whopping 250m.

I just hope someone has alerted the new oversight authorities at the Toronto Board of Education about the magnitude of this and the Marlin Spring developments…actually they need a good briefing about the entire push for Transit Oriented Communities and the implications for education infrastructure.
