Haven't seen a hard date. I know the city was negotiating a lease extension on the land back in 2023.....

The capital budget for the new facility doesn't show construction money flowing til the 2030s.

There has been discussion here about the ability of locals services to handle all the new residents in area developments.

In respect of schools, there is a report on this to today's meeting the Planning and Priorities committee of the TDSB:

Of note here is that these projections do not allow for many o other developments of which UT is aware......or the coming work at Shopper's World.
