Visited the site today. Fairly ho-hum materials and I'm not very confident about its presence at street level once finished.

Looks like a gap between precast panels. Should be filled with grout later on.

I still have this urge to like scrub all those white parts of the brick off lol..

and I just realized what else bothers me about this - the white on all those bricks makes the grey of the cornices appear bland in comparison, like wet concrete vs new dry concrete, which probably would not have been the case if the white was not there..

The tower crane still hasn’t come down yet because of multiple delays due to winter storms and cold weather hopefully it will come down between February 27-28.(February 19, 2025)
