Waait so they took a giant CHUNK out of the front of the building for PIPING?

...why???

We all wondered what that GIANT recessed area was for.. that feels weird.. everything about this build is weird.. but hey I'll take weird over bland I guess.. like why not situate that on the other sidee of the building.. I dunno..

There's a much worse one along Caroline for the transformer.

Not sure I like the silver doors with the black curtain wall around it.. or are they only silver inside? The last picture and the previous pic before it seem to show silver doors and then black doors..

The white door could be protective film that will be removed later? Hard to tell, but whatever it is, it's on the inside.

change to complete.
Thaank you McMaster for making a building worth looking at and not just another generic glass tower!

The units are very.. white hehe - not a huge fan of lack of separation between kitchen and living space but that seems to be the trend these days.. nor am I a fan of no window in the bathroom - makes it feel very.. I dunno.. "enclosed"

but everything seems nicely made so kudos to them :)

I've somehow gotten used to the white patchy brick..

Can we get some views of the finished exterior?

Anyone been by recently? We'd love to see a full exterior shot in its completed state!

So.. um.. I am guessing there isn't anything going to be put on the awnings like glass or anything? They're just a buncha rods sticking out above the windows for aesthetic..? Lol..

Also what's up with the janky foundation..? It's a new build but the foundation already looks like it's crumbling..?

Everything about this building is odd.. but at least it's a conversation piece, and not boring! Lol.. and it beats the building that was there originally..
