Finally an Ambrosia in the city, I can’t wait until it’s open!
I grew up shopping at Ambrosia in Thornhill, and that store has been operating at the same location for more than 40 years. I stop by whenever I’m in the area, it’s such an excellent store for health food, supplements and groceries.
 
Interesting I must say. Perhaps vines? In addition this area will be private certainly. IMHO

I don't suppose that wording is technically wrong, but it reads wrong.

The industry term would be 'occupancy'. Occupation sounds like the Occupy movement and protestors trespassing. LOL

I see the street trees have gone in, soil conditions look decent.

Also of note, Good Earth Coffee house is the first retailer with their fit-out permits in place here.

Not sure if it will be private. From what I saw, it just looks like a regular walkway. As for the wiring on the wall, any number of plants could make use of that. Morning Glories coming to mind and could easily be teased to creep up those wires.

The wires across the walkway look a little odd but I guess they could put some kind of triangular canvas shades to make it a shaded walkway.
