Today is the first time I've been by in a while, and the sidewalks along Coxwell and Eastern are finally open! (I didn't see anyone post this yet). It's been a sore point, because they *never* had signs at Queen notifying pedestrians that there was no sidewalk available by this building. Mind you, I never called 311 Toronto about this.

The building looks broadly decent in the light today (I didn't have my glasses on so take that with a grain of salt!

Edit: the photos!

The 1st floor is the only 'fully finished' floor at the moment in terms of signage and carpeting/finishes. There's still a lot of work going on, only 3rd floor is ready for occupancy at the moment. While the units are finished on the 3rd, theres still a lot of work going on in the corridors, and theyre still fixing the lighting and unit signs. They said theyre expecting to finish occupancy for all floors by July-August. the 9th floor ammenities arent completed yet.

The TCHC building according to the customer office will supposedly be ready for occupancy in October but it is managed separately. Similarly, the eastern half of the main building which contain purpose built rentals has a different timeline, finishes and unit layouts.

Great images! I really like that green roofs are becoming standard as they make a huge difference aesthetically. Also having at the nearby Canada Post facility on Eastern wondering if it will be on the chopping block soon!

Re the Canada Post facility it is zoned as employment land rather than residential I believe.
