Such a sorry, sad embarrassment of an addition to our waterfront, which 90% of which is already a world class embarrassment.
 
I've come to like this project for its massing and balanced, rational design framework (i.em not a mishmash of architectural styles), but agree the lack of colour is disappointing. That being said, there doesn't appear to be a whole lot of spandrel, and with the tower portion well set back from the podium, there's some consideration given to the upper floor units in terms of privacy.

I'm assuming the blank wall on the east side will have another building attached at some point in the future?
 
Won't win any beauty contests for sure ...
I could 'live' with the upper treatment, but am pretty sad about how it meets the street.

It's as if they were trying to build a condo that can mirror these buildings along Queens Quay West 🫤
But that would require an understanding of how design, subtly and flow works. In which in this case, they didn't.
