I have a strong feeling that the parapet wall goes all the way past the TMD they just sliced it in the diagram to show how tall that part of the structure goes 0 though I might just be being hopeful
I agree, the drawing shows only 3 corner bands above the main full double band at the top of the residential floors, while the render shows four, as well as "divots" on the corners. This makes me believe the drawing is showing a cut off version of the crown just to highlight the mechanical area, and I find it hard to believe they'd abruptly cut off the previously planned crown for "cost savings" on the final product

And for the record, it's not I am trying to dispute Mr. @interchange42 over this as he's only going by the official info given to this site. But more that I am looking Pinnacle in ridicule if they plan to leave that mechanical eyesore as is as suggested on their technical elevation cutaway here. Folks are going to notice that all the way from Buffalo and not in a good way if that's what they're planning... >.<

So other than the concrete pump being moved do we know of any other changes I know @BoomOne hinted at something and he usually is right on the money even if he only posts here every so often wonder if it's like Beetlejuice say his name three times and get a spoiler

Disgusting. Talk about ruining a great project. The city should intervene and force it to be covered.
With what legal authority will the City do that?

The city has no legal ability to control architectural design. Yes they can have an impact on things like massing, but the aesthetic design of a building is something the city has essentially zero control over without co-operation from the developer.

There is literally nothing City staff, council, or the mayor can do here beyond politely ask them to cover the mechanical penthouse. There is no way to "force" it to happen.

Edit: And trust me, I wish there was a way the City could be like "yeah don't stick an ugly block on top of the tallest building in the city", and have that actually force a change, but unfortunately there isn't.
