How it’ll *ROUGLY* look from this angle when topped out.. somewhat taking into account distance from the cn tower.
*sorry for bad image it’s not my fortè in doing any form of photoshop*
(If anyone who has photoshop can put an actual model on this angle would be appreciated)

Hope you are correct, but there are a ton of condo buildings in this city that do not paint the underside of the balcony slabs, I live in one. It is more important on some than others and this is one of them due to the crisp white lines of the tower.
Pinnacle One Yonge’s community centre was seen as an example of the benefits of the city working with developers to provide amenities for locals.

The Centre opened in the first week of November, 2023; and the pool has been closed since early December '24.
This is actually the 2nd extended closure of the pool since the facility opened. From what I can discern the facility has been open (operating) about 12 months since 2023 and closed about 7 months total.
The City has hired an engineering firm to investigate the cause, but in the meantime has shifted all programming away from the facility until at least September '25, at which the point the facility will have been opened and closed about the same amount of time.
To date, no one is taking responsibility for the problem.
As a pool operator that runs six pools at a resort it doesn't take 6 months to source and repair unless it is the actual concrete casing that is leaking. Either way being closed 6 months for a leak is pretty substantial
I would bet the problem is a leak in (or through) the concrete and the time is being spent trying to pin responsibility for it onto the contractor or THEIR insurer - which would seem likely as it is a new pool.
I think the pool is on the second floor, so in fairness the issue could be pretty complex. It's not just a hole in the ground lined with concrete like a resort in Collingwood
