Was thinking the exact same thing. So far I like it, but can't really evaluate it properly until what the balconies are going to look like.
 
What could this work be for? Phase 3, Sugar Wharf, city stuff?

Very little OCD issues here. No defects, damage, need to measure parts. Except the lower residential balcony tapper trim.
