Thank God all the windows and doors have a strong mirror like reflection. As seen in the last few photos up above. I have a feeling that this building is going to shimmer with light at dawn and dusk !
 
I think that' been mention before about Brock U's centre piece photobombing the horizon...
 
This is looking really good. The balcony treatment is the only element left to be seen and is probably the most important given the extent of its tower coverage
 
They better not bomb it. Any guesses what kind of glass they will put up here?
 
It looks like their entire design hinges on the pattern of clear glass versus some sort of a milky white semi-opaque glass for the balcony railings. Ideally it would create light and dark contrast between different sections of the building. Lets hope they chose materials that actually work as intended for this purpose, and don't fail miserably like the balcony patterns at the Daniel's tower down the road.
 
I love looking at the fifth and sixth last photos up above of Harbour st highrises and skyscrapers looking east. The photos shows the street ending on Yonge Street with The Toronto Star and The LBCO buildings in the way . Soon to be torn down to make way for the extension of this street all the way to Jarvis st. Creating even more of a canyon of future high structures.

Yup, the future Harbour Street Canyon. I'm very curious to see how the Harbour St. extension/realignment will shape up. These shots will make a good 'before' reference for a Throwback Thursday a few years down the road :)
 
Loving the Harbour Street canyon and the views east. It will also be a better overall environment when they convert Harbour to a two way street between York and Yonge.

I believe you can pick up Niagara Falls on a clear day too.

I believe I remember seeing somewhere that Buffalos tallest building should theoretically be*just* visible on the horizon as well from high up, but it’s so far away you need a really clear day to see it. You need curvature of the earth calculations to figure that one out though.
